I need blackout shades for my bedroom!?

I have two regular sized windows in my bedroom that have blinds on them currently but every morning when the sun rises, I get up because of it and it's driving me crazy. Ideally I would like to just replace the blinds I currently have with a set of blackout shades of the same same so that I can just plug in the new shades in the mounts for the blinds I currently have. They're regular medal bladed blinds. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!
