Do Marines feel the phrase ''Semper Fi'' is used and thrown around too much?

im a poolee and i never say this phrase cuz i havent gone thru what it takes to be able to say it with pride but i have noticed a lot of people just carelessly kinda throw ''Semper Fi'' around, poolees, people wanting to enlist when there older, other random civilians..how do Marines feel about this?
