Is it illegal to sell shark meat in Florida?

Let's say I went out to the beach and caught a six to ten foot shark, normally I would just release it and get back to fishing. What if I were to take it home and eat it? Is that illegal? Furthermore, what if some one wants to buy the shark? Would I be legally allowed to sell it to them? Let me add that I respect all life, and would only end another creatures life if it were being used and not carelessly wasted.
