Is it illegal to walk over a bridge or anywhere along the blue ridge parkway at night?

There's no sidewalk on either side of the bridge, but the bridge which crosses over I-26 between Brevard road exit and Long Shoals Road exits has a narrow sidewalk. If it's night-time and a Parkway Ranger or other type of cop sees me walking across or standing on this bridge will I be written up or even arrested for anything for being there?
