Someone good with canadian history pleaseee help?

i have to write an essay for history on 3 defining moments in canadian history, i have vimy ridge, womens roles after ww2 and the toctober crisis and im done writing about vimy ridge and i was going to start on either women or the october crisis but i cant think of 3 main points for each to support the paragraphs any help please??? im soo stuck
