Is the inside of my vagina normal?

What is your cervix supposed to feel like? Mine feels mushy and ridged. Im 15 and have had sex 4 times and the inside of my cervix is always kinda sore and feels like it has been rubbed too much. Is my cervix normal and will the soreness go away?
