Anyone live near or by Otis, OR, that know about the High Ridge Ranch with German Shepherds.?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone out here knows about the High Ridge Ranch with the German Shepherds? The lady that breeds the dogs is Benita Durette. She owns the High Ridge Ranch. I was wondering if anyone knew anyhting about her? I heard a few stories about her being a puppy mill? I'm about to buy a AKC German Shepherd from her within the next few weeks and I'd like to know what shes like?
