How can I help my daughter realize she was driving bad?
We were coming home and she was going into her corners too late, so she had to take them sharper. It was also dark, and there have been deer out. I made her pull over and I finished the drive home. She also had the nerve (or honesty) to tell me that's how she drives all the time. Needless to say, she hasn't driven since and it's been 2 weeks. She will not admit any wrong doing and feels no need to apologize. We live 25 miles from where we work and go to school so I have to make extra trips of 100 to 200 miles per week when she's working. I don't even need to mention the cost with the price of gas. How can I help her realize she was driving carelessly? She is 17 and has had her license for 8 months.
