Has anybody heard of Blue Ridge Pets in Kansas City?

I'm looking to buy two rats at a small little private owned pet store called Blue Ridge Pets in Kansas City. Has anybody ever heard of it? I was wondering if anybody has bought any rats there and if they were healthy and well socialized because I'm looking at buying my two rats there and I'm wanting them to be healthy and socialized.
