Driving away from someone?
Can someone who drives away from another, only driving 7-10mph, and telling that person to get on the other side of the vechile be charged with operating to endanger? Operating to endanger law is - operates a vechile recklessly, or operates such a vechile negligently so that the lives or safety of the public might be endangered.. Well first of that person did not drive away from the other carelessly and trying to hurt that individual. I could understand if the person was drunk, and swerving not paying attention to the road etc, but all that person did was drive 7mph . Technically it doesnt matter that the person was driving of from the other. That has nothing to do with "operating a vechile recklessly" operating a vechile recklessly would be like going over the speed limit, etc...............
