D3DCompiler_42.dll is missing from my computer error message please help?

I have downloaded homefront from pirate bay using bit torrent. I mounted the thing on cd drive thing with power iso. Installed it but when i click on the icon it has the message D3DCompiler_42.dll is missng from your computer. I have a hp pavillion dv7 with 565Gb and directx11. What is the problem and how do i fix it?
